Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Hangover Squads website or mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Australian law. If you are under 18, you may not request services or book cleanups on the platform.
Hangover Squads provides a scheduling and matchmaking service connecting customers with independent contractors ("Helpers") who provide house party cleanups, delivery of recovery foods, and hydration/hangover kits. The Service is currently in pre-launch. Features, coverage areas, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Joining our waitlist grants you priority updates and potential early-access booking opportunities. It does not guarantee booking availability, promotional discounts, or activation of services in your specific suburb. We reserve the right to manage waitlist capacity and access privileges at our sole discretion.
When booking a service, you agree that:
While Hangover Squads conducts identity verification, police checks, and quality training for all platform Helpers, they operate as independent contractors. Hangover Squads facilitates the scheduling, platform coordination, and communication, but is not directly liable for the property cleanup execution or individual helper actions.
All content, branding, animations, logo marks, graphics, and code structures of the Hangover Squads landing page, app mockup, and platform services are the exclusive property of Hangover Squads. You may not replicate, extract, or use our material without explicit prior written consent.
Hangover Squads is not a medical or healthcare provider. The recovery food, hangover kits, hydration supplements (e.g. electrolytes, vitamins), and cleaning services offered are for general recovery support and comfort. They do not constitute, and should not replace, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or someone at your residence is experiencing a severe medical emergency, call 000 immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Hangover Squads shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our liability for any service failure is strictly limited to the cost of the booking paid by you.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
